Below are some common questions about orders
- Do you offer customized or personalized items?
I do offer customized/personalized products! Cutom orders can be found in the Custom Orders collection.
- CUSTOM ORDER AND ADDITIONAL FEE INFO **Please read through thoroughly**
- Depending on the specifications of the custom order, including size, complexity, and quantity, please note that there may be a delay in shipping times (up to 2-3 weeks). However, I will still prioritize processing these orders as efficiently as possible.
- I want you to love your custom order! For any further inquiries, please contact Made Worthy Designs before placing your order at themadeworthydesigns@gmail.com. I am happy to provide additional information on your custom order request.
- Made Worthy Designs is unable to fulfill custom orders that contain copyrighted or trademarked images or phrases (such as Disney, NFL, lyrics, etc.). Please note that these requests will be denied and cancelled.
- Please note that custom orders require additional time and may result in a higher production cost.
All required fields must be entered prior to placing your order.
Made Worthy Designs will email you with any questions, concerns, or issues regarding your custom order request.
- While I strive to fulfill your custom order, there may be times when this is not feasible. All custom orders must be carefully considered and evaluated. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept order cancellations?
- At this time, cancellations are not accepted.

How does sizing run?
- As I do not accept returns or exchanges, please be sure of your size before ordering. Most often, unless specified otherwise, all items are unisex fit! If you prefer "baggy" fit I always suggest to size up. For example, I can wear a medium, but choose large for a -even more- relaxed fit! For additional style specs feel free to email me!

Why does the color look different from the website?

Color disclaimer: It is important to know that colors can vary from each computer screen. Actual colors may vary from our listing photo and final product. This is due to the fact that each individual computer monitor displays colors differently and everyone perceives colors differently. Please understand that the color on your computer monitor may vary slightly from the actual color. I cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately illustrates the true color of the final product.

What if the item I received has a defect?
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- All items are carefully inspected before they are sent out for delivery. In the rare event you receive an item that has a noticeable defect (to the garment or the design) please do not hesitate to message me with a photo and detailed description. Damage caused by the shipping carrier or improper washing/handling is not my responsibility. Defects are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and refunds are not guaranteed.

What does "made to order" mean?

"Made to order" means that our clothing garments are embroidered by hand and processed as orders come in. This eliminates the need for excessive inventory stock and unnecessary waste.

- Where’s my package?

- Please understand I am a one-woman, handmade shop. All pieces are made to order; I do not hold inventory. I know you are just as excited to receive your package, as I am to see you wearing it! Thus, turn around time on Embroidery pieces can take up to 7-10 business days. Holiday seasons shipping times are extended.

Where are my items shipping from?
- All of your items are handmade and shipped from my home in Grand Rapids, Michigan!
